Finally we got our computer back from being checked out, and it is in tip top shape !!!!

While our computer was out I spent the time sewing , reorganizing my sewing room ,went to the movies , and worked in the yard. Amazing how much one can get done with out a computer !!

It is left over Pasta tonight ,so better get moving, and get dinner started ! ciao for now :)

Panacotta

Younger son made this a few days ago with a blueberry, blackberry sauce.

Panacotta which means cooked cream is a traditional Northern Italian dessert. The recipe includes heavy cream , gelatin, sugar & vanilla.

Toppings for your Panacotta may include your choice of fresh fruits , chocolate, caramel , or coffee sauce. My family prefers fresh berries or my homemade fig jam marinated in Amaretto with a dash of cinnamon.
