A few days ago we received a box from my hubby's brother and his wife !!! They hunted down some real southern flour,and I do mean REAL flour from the south! Since the elevation is high here my poor biscuits never rose what so ever. My family knew my flat biscuits were not going to be 10 ft high but they were oh so good. Now WOW what a difference a good flour from the south has made ,and my biscuits will be exactly 11 ft high, now that I have the right flour. Thanks for sending and some of the flour as you see in the photo sneaked out of the bag!!! And yes I scooped it right back into the bag,every ounce counts LOL !
